Thursday Night Paint & Sip

Take time out for yourself to explore Art & Mindfulness during our first session-  then we will move into watercolor & gouache painting inspired by nature. Supplies will be provided but if you have favorite materials you are already using, feel free to bring those as well. Carve out time and give yourself the gift of creative space.

Inspired by Moms who do so much for others but never take time out for their own passions & interests. This group meets every week on Thursdays.
