June 1-5: Under the Sea themed Art Camp (Entering Grades 3-5)

Meets: 9am-1:30pm Monday June 1st through Friday June 5th.

What to Bring: Bring a peanut free lunch each day. Dress for Mess AND Bring your water bottle. (snacks provided)

Who: Meant for students Entering grades 3rd thru 5th 

Explore vibrant and unique sea creatures in creative ways! Your student can expect to draw, paint, collage, use black paper & oil pastels as well as air dry clay to create art around themes of the ocean. One larger project they can expect to make is a paint palette that includes seashells. 

During the week: We will take one walking field trip to Sweet Science Ice cream and one day for Starbucks (students can select an item valued at $5.00 or less at each location or bring additional cash) On Wednesdays, we walk to the park for a picnic lunch and plein air sketching. A student art show will be held on Friday June 5th at 1pm to celebrate their work from the week.
